Great food! Fantastic broth for pho. Service is straightforward without much warmth and sometimes you really have to take the direct approach to get someone's attention, but the fresh summer rolls are excellent, the bahn mi are tasty, and the Maryland crispy chicken with soup is my absolute fav.

Food tastes good. We went back multiple times and brought friends who also become frequent customers . The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Food is reasonably priced too

Great Vietnamese place. I have gotten both take-out and ate in and was pleased on both times. There is plenty of seating inside for multiple group sizes with attentive and friendly staff. They also package it in takeout really well. Food-wise, the pho is pretty good and will be filling, I've gotten a big bowl and definitely could feed 2-3 people. The spring rolls were also packed with meat and vegetables and were absolutely delicious with the sauce. I also had the rice dishes (pork chops) and they gave a hefty portion that was absolutely delicious and filling, I couldn't help myself from finishing it. I would definitely recommend coming here as the prices are reasonable especially for the portion size. My recommendations are definitely the spring roll and rice dishes however the pho is also great as well. I would definitely come back every so often.

It was good. Not spectacular. The pho broth had slight different tastes from other 20-30 different places I have been all my life. Service could be faster. Only 1 person was working the whole room.

I was introduced to pho like 8 years ago at a place called pho tnt on 40. Even though it was my first time It set the bar high and had a difficult time finding other spots that compard so it became my automatic goto but sadly a couple years ago they closed down. Since then I've been yearning for a place that could fill that void and pho an loi was the answer to my prayers. This place is fantastic... if I'm being honest I might even like it better than Pho tnt.... Price point is better, portions are massive and they have a wider selection on the menu! It's a small place that pack ups rather quickly so keep that in mind before trying to go on really cold days and months.

Pretty solid pho place! I ordered the P10 Pho La Cay, which reminded me of yukgaejang (Korean spicy beef stew), spiced with chili oil. Not overly spicy and pretty good portion for a large. I was definitely satisfied with that and a share of the summer rolls. Definitely hit the spot on a cold evening. They were pretty busy around 7pm but kind and still pretty quick to serve us.

Flavorful traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Delicious and plentiful lunch serving. The staff was professional and promoted efficiency. The ambiance was aged yet bright and clean. The service was fast and also very efficient. Noticed many take-out customers implied they were repeated customers with knowledge of history of facilities.

Typical Pho spot with a family run business that has a great customer base in the local area. The service was great and the restaurant appeared very clean and organized. The parking out front is very limited so you may really struggle getting in and out of there coupled with rosemont traffic. The Pho was delicious with a great broth and was reasonably priced. My only gripe is the chili sauce provided on the table isn't named brand (Siriracha). The off brand isn't as good and doesn't quite do it for me. Otherwise, it was great! Check it out if you're in Frederick.

Amazing! This whole in the wall place we stumbled upon and decided to try was incredible! It's some of the best pho broth I've ever tried, and I consider myself a bit of an expert! The lemongrass beef was also really delicious! Great service! It's a cute little place!
